My famous Carmel popcorn

I make this for every family event, or movie night! it is SO AMAZINGLY GOOD!


1-stick of butter

3c. brown sugar

1 small can of sweetened condensed milk

1c. corn syrup

and this will be for 3-4 bags of popcorn! it makes a lot of syrup!

Chocolate Chip cookies w/ oreo inside!

So basicly you make chocolate chip cookies, but you stuff an oreo inside before you cook them.

It sounds weird but it is AMAZING! so freaking good!

2 1/4 C flour

1 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. salt

2 sticks soft butter

3/4 c. sugar

3/4 c. brown sugar

1 tsp. vanilla

2 eggs

2 (or more) c. chocolate chips

then as you are rolling them into cookies, you just stuff an oreo inside the ball!

375* 10-15 minutes eat and enjoy!!

Best Cookies Ever

2c. sugar

3/4c. vegetable oil

1c. cocoa

4eggs

2 tsp. Vanilla

2 1/3c. flour

2 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. salt.

Combine all ingrediance together in large bowl, refrigerate until dough is firm enough to handle, ( i dont always put it in the fridge) when firm roll into 1 inch balls, roll uncooked balls in powder sugar, cook at 350* 10-12 minutes cool and enjoy!!

Chicken Tetrazzini

4c tree pasta or bow tie

6 tbs butter

1c sliced green onion

1c chopped red pepper

1/2 c. Flour

3c. Cooked chicken

1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning

1/4 tsp pepper

2 cans or 14 1/2 ounce chicken broth

1/2c shredded pram. Cheese

Cook pasta, drain melt butter in skillet add onions and green pepper 3to4 minutes. Add seasoning, pepper, broth, & flour cook until boiling & thickening add chicken & pasta. Cook 2-4 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and enjoy!

Parmesean Chicken

4 chicken breast

2 eggs

1tsp salt

1 tsp. Pepper

3/4c. Fine bread crumbs

1/2 c. Vegitable oil

2c. Tomato sauce

1/2 tsp basil

1/2 tsp garlic powder

2 tbs butter

1/2 c. Parmesean

1c. Mozzarella

Combine beaten egg, salt, pepper, dip chicken in egg mixture, then in bread crumbs. Brown chicken in heated oil skillet. Place in baking dish, stir together tomato sauce, basil, garlic powder. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle parmesean bake @ 350* for 30 min. Then sprinkle mozzarella and bake for 10 more minutes! Eat and enjoy :)

Magic Cookie Bars

1 stick butter melted in pan

1 C. grahmcracker sprinkled over butter

1 C. coconut layered over grahmcraker

1 package butterscotch chips layered over coconut

1 package chocolate chips layered over butterscotch chips

1 C. chopped nuts

Drizzle condensed milk over all layers, bake at 325* for 25 minutes. enjoy :)

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip cookies

1C. canned pumpkin

1C. Sugar

1/2 C. Vegetable Oil

1 Egg

2C. flour

2 tsp. Baking Powder

2 tsp. Cinnamon

1/2 tsp. Salt

1 tsp. Baking soda

1 tsp. Milk

1 tbs. vanilla

2c. Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

1/2 C. walnuts

combine pumpkin, sugar, vegetable oil, and egg. IN separate bowl stir together flour. baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Dissolve baking soda and milk, stir in. add mixture to pumpkin mixture and mix well. add vanilla and chocolate chips! bake at 350* for 10 minutes.

I could honestly watch this show all day long. One day I hope to be half as good as this show! every thing he does is crazy!

Peanut Butter cup cakes.

So I did a little experiment, and I made chocolate peanut butter cupcakes! I had one at the sweet tooth fairy ( my favorite bakery!) and they were delicious!

Devils food cake mix box

2 big table spoons of peanut butter

mini Reese's peanut butter cups

Just make the normal cake batter, but add in peanut butter. fill cupcake cups 3/4 full. add a peanut butter cup to the center of batter. bake at 350* for 20-25 minutes. when done let cool COMPLETELY then frost and add chopped Reese's on top!

1/3 c. shortening

1/3 c. peanut butter

1 1/4 c. packed brown sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp. vanilla

1 3/4 c. flour

1 tsp. salt

1 c. milk

1/2 tsp. Vanilla

3/4 tsp/ Baking soda

Mix butter, sugar, eggs, peanut butter, baking soda, salt, and vanilla. add Flour and oats. spread in cookie sheet. bake at 325* for 10 minutes. sprinkle chocolate chips right away so they melt!

3 C. oats

1 tsp. vanilla

combine sugar, milk,and cocoa in a sauce pan, bring to a boil. and stir for 1 1/2 minutes. remove from heat and stir in peanut butter, oats and vanilla. put them on wax paper by the spoonful. let cool completely and enjoy :)

These are the famous sugar cookies that are so amazingly good, my mother may just kill me for sharing them with you!

2c. Sour Cream

1 tsp. Baking Soda

3c. Sugar

2 tbs Baking Powder

2c. Shortening

2 tsp. Nutmeg

4 Eggs

2 tsp. Vanilla

9 1/2 C. flour

1 tsp. salt

2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix baking soda in sour cream, add sugar, eggs, salt, vanilla, & shortening. Beat, then add all dry ingredients. use lots of flour! bake 375* for 10-15 minutes.

These cookies are honestly the best sugar cookies i have ever had! they are so soft and stay soft forever!
